General Information: Yunnan Broad Leaf Varietal, Spring 2011, Ancient tea tree, naturally post-fermented.
Cake: Stone pressed.A fairly loose pressing.
Broth & Flavour: Honey fragrance with a slight initial bitterness. The flavour has vegetal/tobacco overtones. The huigan is good with hints of flowers.

Steeping: We recommend using around 6-9 g of tea in a normal Gaiwan and near boiling water. Each portion of tea can be steeped 18-20 times or so.
