We use China Post Parcel Service for small quantities (less than 2 kg) and SAL for heavier shipments. If you would prefer to use another shipment method, please contact us. See the table below for some comparative prices.
After receiving your payment, we will ship the order to you within 1-5 business days.

China Post typically takes 10-15 days and does not have a tracking facility. Smaller amounts shipped using International small parcel can be tracked, but only from China. EMS shipments have an online tracking number viewable at www.ems.com.cn. They generally take 5-7 days to deliver worldwide .Please note, with EMS you cannot track the package during mid-shipment, information is only available about the departure and arrival of goods.

We are sure you will not be disappointed with our teas but, if for any reason, your expectations are not met or in the event of damage during shipment, please return your purchase and we will gladly replace or exchange it as long as the tea packaging has not been opened.
Please be aware that you will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We will however, bare the cost of re-shipment in the instances described above.
